Privacy Notice
Plain-language summary of how ArcLight Synergies handles information you share through this site.
This notice explains how ArcLight Synergies handles information you share through this marketing website.
Who we are
ArcLight Synergies is a San Diego, California managed IT company. We provide managed IT and related technology services for growing businesses. This website describes our services and lets you contact us.
What we collect
The main way we collect personal information on this site is through the contact form. Depending on what you enter, that may include:
- Name
- Work email address
- Company or organization name
- Role
- Business type
- Approximate team size
- Microsoft 365 status
- Main IT need
- How you heard about us
- Phone number
- Notes or other details you provide
- Whether you opted in to occasional marketing email
- A simple source page marker (for example, that the message came from Contact)
The form also includes a hidden anti-spam field that people should leave blank. We do not ask you to create an account on this site.
How the contact form works
Submitting the form opens a message draft in your own email app so you can send it to ArcLight Synergies. The site does not store form submissions in a database on this website. Delivery depends on your mail client and your decision to send the draft.
How we use the information
We use contact details to reply to your inquiry and discuss whether ArcLight Synergies is a fit. If you check the optional marketing box, we may also send occasional ArcLight updates by email. You can ask us to stop marketing email at any time.
We do not use contact-form information to sell products unrelated to our services, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Cookies and analytics
This marketing site does not use analytics cookies or third-party tracking scripts. The site may still use ordinary browser or hosting behaviors needed to load pages. If that changes, we will update this notice.
We do not sell personal information
ArcLight Synergies does not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly used under California privacy law.
Sharing
We keep sharing limited. We may share information with service providers who help us operate (for example, email or hosting providers) only as needed to run the business and respond to you. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your information to data brokers.
Retention
We keep inquiry-related information only as long as needed to respond, manage the business relationship if one begins, meet legal or insurance obligations, and resolve disputes. Marketing preferences are kept until you opt out or ask us to delete them, unless we must retain a record of the request.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate for a marketing website and email-based intake. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Please avoid sending passwords, payment card numbers, or other highly sensitive secrets through the contact form.
California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no sale/share opt-out to exercise for that activity today.
To make a privacy request, use the contact form and mention that it is a privacy request. We will take reasonable steps to verify your request before acting on it. You will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.
Children
This site is intended for business contacts, not for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this marketing site.
How to contact us about privacy
The preferred way to reach us is the contact form. Please describe your privacy question or request in the notes field. We do not publish a harvestable email address on this page.
Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
